They do so through crypto exchanges, mostly Coinbase and Coinbase Pro, but they also utilize prop trading firms such as the Dutch-founded Flow Traders.

Spot ETFs had accumulated 258,770 BTC as of Friday morning, per data shared by BitMEX… Read more on Blockworks

NEW: Over 100,000 BTC Snapped Up by Bitcoin Whales in Swift 10-Day Accumulation Spree

Bitcoin’s value soared past the $50,000 milestone, marking a significant surge of over 20% in the past month, capturing the attention and confidence of investors worldwide. This uptick in market optimism has been notably fueled by the actions of Bitcoin whales, large-scale investors, who have collectively poured approximately $5 billion into Bitcoin, acquiring over 100,000 BTC within a mere ten days. This aggressive accumulation signifies a strong belief in the cryptocurrency’s potential for further growth, suggesting that the current rally may not only sustain but also escalate.

The enthusiasm among these major investors is reflective of a broader trend in the cryptocurrency market, where past instances of similar large-scale purchases have often preceded significant upward price movements. Despite lingering questions about the rally’s durability, the overwhelming consensus among a significant faction of the market points towards a sustained upward trajectory for Bitcoin. This period of intense buying activity underscores a robust optimism in Bitcoin’s future, hinting at the possibility of continued market dominance and further gains.

NEW: Financial Guru Robert Kiyosaki Trusts Bitcoin Over the U.S. Federal Reserve, Citing Economic Concerns

Robert Kiyosaki, the acclaimed author of “Rich Dad Poor Dad,” has voiced his support for Bitcoin in a recent tweet, casting doubt on the reliability of the U.S. Federal Reserve. Kiyosaki, known for his insights into personal wealth management, expressed his distrust towards the Fed, criticizing its impact on the U.S. economy. He blamed the Federal Reserve for exacerbating the financial divide, accusing it of favoring wealthy banking sectors at the expense of the average American.

Highlighting the growing U.S. national debt and its implications, Kiyosaki positions Bitcoin, along with gold and silver, as more trustworthy assets. His critique comes amid concerns over the Fed’s policies, which he believes harm the economic standing of the lower and middle classes. This endorsement of Bitcoin by a prominent financial thinker indirectly champions the cryptocurrency as a viable alternative in the face of governmental financial mismanagement. Kiyosaki’s call to focus less on the Fed’s actions and more on alternative assets like Bitcoin signals a significant shift in the discourse on wealth preservation and investment strategy.
