LATEST: Almost $1 Billion in Bitcoin Vanishes Following Transfer from Top US Crypto Exchange

The cryptocurrency market, especially Bitcoin, has witnessed an extraordinary movement. A staggering $962.15 million worth of Bitcoin was transferred out of Coinbase, a leading U.S. crypto exchange. This significant activity involved two major transactions amounting to 18,484.69 BTC being moved to new, previously inactive addresses.

The first of these transactions moved 9,322 BTC, equivalent to $485.248 million, to the address “1AyhP,” followed by a second transfer of 9,162 BTC, valued at $476.9 million, to “19hJg.” Despite these large withdrawals, Bitcoin’s price has shown remarkable resilience, inching up by 0.6% to a current valuation of $52,400, maintaining its market capitalization over the $1 trillion milestone.
