The Shiba Inu SHIB/USD ecosystem Shibarium, the ecosystem’s burgeoning layer 2 blockchain, will be instrumental in fundraising and operational activities for the Manny Pacquiao Foundation starting Wednesday, as indicated by developers in a statement to CoinDesk.
